Oameni buni, la schimbarea distributiei iti trebuiesc niste sdv-uri pentru blocarea pinioanelor inainte de demontarea curelei, trebuie un vcds pentru reglaje facute dupa... si nu trebuie sa fie prima distributie pe care o faci in viata ta. Pina si pusul curelei este cu schepsis, ca daca nu respecti algoritmul ai pus-o de mamaliga.
Nu va jucati cu treaba asta, ca riscati sa stricati enorm in motor, numai dind la cheie ca sa incercati sa porniti motorul.

[size=-1]‒ [/size]→ Remove securing bolts from assembly mounting/engine mounting, assembly mounting/body and assembly mounting/body mounting -arrows- and remove assembly mounting complete. [size=-1]◆ [/size]The engine mounting may only be loosened if the assembly mounting has been removed.

Notes:   [size=-1]◆ [/size]When loosening both upper engine mounting bolts the engine must be raised slightly with the support bracket. [size=-1]‒ [/size]Remove lower and centre toothed belt guard. [size=-1]‒ [/size]Mark D.O.R. of toothed belt. [size=-1]‒ [/size]Take off toothed belt. Installing   [size=-1]‒ [/size]Check whether TDC mark on flywheel and reference mark are aligned. [size=-1]‒ [/size]Loosen the camshaft securing bolts a full turn. To loosen the camshaft sprocket securing bolts, use counter-hold tool 3036 to hold the camshaft sprocket. Note: Never use camshaft bar T10098 as a counter-hold when loosening and tightening the camshaft sprocket. Use counter-hold tool 3036.

[size=-1]‒ [/size]→ Place puller T40001 with single leg T40001/2 -A- and double leg T40001/3 -B- centrally on the camshaft sprocket and pull it off. Use an open ended spanner -C- to counter-hold when doing this. [size=-1]‒ [/size]Fit toothed belts on crankshaft toothed belt sprocket, idler wheel, injection pump sprocket, coolant pump sprocket and tensioning roller (note direction of rotation). [size=-1]‒ [/size]Align injection pump sprocket to centre position in elongated holes. [size=-1]‒ [/size]Fit camshaft sprocket together with toothed belt and locate with securing bolt (camshaft sprocket can still turn).

Engine codes AGR, AHF, ALH, ASV   [size=-1]‒ [/size]→ Tension toothed belt. Using pin wrench (e.g. Matra V159) on eccentric turn clockwise until the notch and the raised mark -arrows- align. Engine codes AGP, AQM

Continued for all engine codes Note: If the eccentric has been turned too far the tensioning roller must be relieved completely and retensioned.
